Minimum Requirements:

South African ID

Complete matric with 50% Average/Equivalent

Proven experience working with PERSAL insurance or government payroll systems

Background in insurance sales

Strong understanding of government employee benefits and deductions

Excellent communication and client service skills

Ability to work independently and meet targets

Key Responsibilities:

Managing and processing PERSAL-based insurance policies

Assisting government employees with insurance solutions

Ensuring accurate policy administration and compliance

Building and maintaining client relationships
